Wholesale Purchasing at Aproape
Aproape is a small-production estate winery in Hirova, Codru — Moldova's most distinctive wine region. We sell wholesale directly to importers, distributors, and multi-outlet HoReCa buyers. By removing intermediaries, we can offer competitive ex-cellar pricing while keeping the relationship personal and responsive.
Our wholesale programme is allocation-based. Annual production is limited to protect quality, and we work closely with a select group of partners who share a commitment to selling wine with a story. New partners are welcomed on a trial basis with a pallet order before full allocation agreements are put in place.
Minimum Order Quantities
We accept orders in three standard formats. All prices are quoted ex-cellar (EXW Hirova) and include standard packaging.

Standard pallet — 42 cases (504 bottles). Ideal for market introduction.
- 14,400 btl
20 ft container — approx. 1,200 cases (14,400 bottles). Standard for established partners.
- 28,800 btl
40 ft container — approx. 2,400 cases (28,800 bottles). Available for high-volume partners.
Mixed-pallet orders (multiple SKUs on one pallet) are available for introductory orders. Container orders are typically single-SKU or two-SKU blends based on your market's needs. Speak to us about flexible configurations for your first order.
Pricing Approach
We price transparently, ex-cellar. Pricing varies by volume, payment terms, and the length of the commercial relationship.
Wholesale prices are quoted per case (12 × 75 cl) or per bottle for pallet orders, ex-cellar (EXW Hirova). Volume pricing applies at pallet, half-container, and full-container thresholds. We do not publish a fixed public price list — pricing is discussed directly with each partner to reflect their market, volumes, and incoterm preferences.
As a direct-from-producer supplier, our ex-cellar prices carry no broker markup. Partners who commit to annual allocation agreements benefit from fixed annual pricing, protecting their margin planning against in-season fluctuations. Samples for evaluation are provided free of charge for qualified trade buyers.
Payment Terms
We offer standard international trade payment terms. First orders typically require prepayment or a letter of credit; established partners may qualify for net terms.
- T/T 30 — Bank transfer, 30 days

- Net 60 — Established partners
All invoices are issued in EUR. USD invoicing is available on request. We accept payment by SWIFT bank transfer. Letter of credit terms are available for container orders. Payment terms for new partners default to 100% prepayment or irrevocable L/C; partners with a track record of two or more completed orders may apply for net 30 or net 60 terms subject to credit review.

Receive a curated sample box (6–12 bottles) to evaluate the range before committing to an order.

We issue a formal price quote, incoterm confirmation, and lead-time estimate within 5 business days of sample approval.

Confirm the order with a purchase order. We pack, document, and ship within the agreed lead time.
