The minimum order of one pallet (504 bottles) applies per SKU. Buyers launching a multi-wine range can consolidate different wines onto a single pallet order for introductory volumes. Label printing set-up costs are absorbed within the per-bottle price at pallet quantities — no separate artwork or printing fees.

Lead time of 8–12 weeks covers blend selection, label artwork approval, compliance review, bottling, and export documentation preparation. Buyers who have existing artwork ready and clear specifications can often move through the process in 6–8 weeks. Container-volume orders (1,200+ cases) receive a dedicated production schedule with fixed delivery windows.

From Concept to Shelf

Our private label process is designed to be straightforward for buyers with no prior production experience and efficient for buyers who have done it before.

    Tell us your brand vision, target market, price tier, and style preferences. We match you with wine options from our current range or develop a bespoke blend.

  2. Sample

    We send shortlisted wine samples for your approval. Tasting notes and analysis data accompany every sample. Once you have selected the wine, we confirm the specification.

  3. Design

    Your label artwork is submitted for compliance review. We check against the import regulations for your target market and confirm print-ready approval before ordering labels.

  4. Produce

    Bottling, labelling, and packaging are completed at the estate in Hirova. Export documentation is prepared in-house. Your order is dispatched on the agreed incoterm.
